Did you see The Star paper on Wednesday? (: Flip to the Star Two section and you'll know why! :D Yes people! Cheer 2009 is coming! =D And its the 10th anniversary which means bigger prizes, more sponsors, more online contests, a post-cheer party and of course more cheerleading teams participating! =D Can you feel the competitiveness? (; I got feedback from a cheer friend that the finals will be on the 4th & 5th July 09... So be ready everyone! X-plodetes, its time to buck up and show them all we've got.. ;)

Cheer has definitely helped change people’s mindset about this sport, heck, it wasn’t even recognised as a sport.

"I believe Cheer allowed Malaysians to be more open to the idea of cheerleading as more than just a bunch of schoolgirls in short skirts jumping around on the field,” says Roshni Kaur, whose team, Cyrens, was the first runner-up at Cheer 2000.

She adds that Cheer also gives young cheerleaders a good outlet for their energy and time.

Cheer has helped cheerleading become cool and the great news is that it has encouraged many to take to the sport.

Im really pumped up right now.. Even though Im not competing this year.. :( Yeah sad innit? sigh* And well! :D To get things rolling i'll post up pictures of X-plodetes at Cheer 2008 which i collected from various sources (; Cheerleaders, take a look and think back about all the hard times we went through, the injuries, the tears, the happiness, the teamwork, the aggravation, the friendships, and everything else we picked up and learned; all for just 2 and a half minutes on the mat to strut our stuff.. :) For me, it was worth every single thing!

Sounds of New Hope

School was fine.. (: Wasnt screwed up by anyone.. :D Yay! Bm class was interesting (: Pn Salina brought a radio to class and gave us some lyrics and told us to sing.. :D HAHAHHA.. I was kinda in a stupor the whole day, but this really got me excited! =) I mean, singing! We're allowed to sing! :D Who wouldnt want that? LOL.. (Usually ppl ask me to shut up) It doesnt matter im always out of key and very pitchy and out of breath when i sing, *no talent*, I still enjoy doing it :D So the whole class sang this song called Hijau by i dont know who and its partly in the Kelantanese Malay.. Its about the environment and what pollution is doing to our world.. We spent the whole class singing! :D 1 hour 20 minutes if im not mistaken.. =) Then she gave us the rangka karangan and asked us to write an essay bout pollution and the effects blablabla.. Interesting! (:

After school, went for my usual Physics tuition class.. And for some reason my camera was in my tuition bag.. -.- So duh! Of course we camwhored (; Keat Zhen insisted that i post his picture here on my blog.. Dont know why.. x)

After tuition, went down to McDonalds.. Guess who we met there? Dichi Michi's Robot, Lau & some other guy i dont know.. Neat.. :D Cant wait for their song, Fine Without You Mixed Version to be released! =D So yeah since im in this topic:
